Q:  I own a stock photo website where I sell royalty-free stock photos to end users for 99 cents an image. I would like to sell the single images from the RoyalShot Packages I buy. Is that OK?
A:  Yes, as long as the image is for sale and not offered for free.

Q:  I would like to purchase RoyalShot Packages and offer the images for sale on stock photo sites such as istock.com? Is that OK?
A:  NO, You are prohibited from selling our Packages on 3rd party sites such as istock.com. You must OWN or CONTROL the website domain you wish to resell RoyalShot images.

Q:  I own two websites I would like to resell RoyalShot images? Is it OK if I only buy one license?
A:  NO, only ONE Website/domain per license. For multiple websites/domains you must purchase additional licenses. Click and Pay at “Order Now” twice for two licenses and register each domain at our website.

Q:  Do you provide Model Releases for your People Photo Packages?
A:  Yes, you can receive a copy of the model releases in the packages you purchase and download.

Q:  Do you offer RoyalShot Packages via CD-ROM or DVD?
A:  Sorry, we only offer our Packages via Download only.

Q:  I am a designer and would like to use your images in my stationary print products that I offer for sale on websites such as digyid.com. Would that be ok?
A:  Yes, this is only exception to the 3rd party rules. As long as the images are embedded into the print products you sell and don’t contribute to the PRIMARY value of the print product you sell, you are allowed to offer it for sale on 3rd Party sites such as digyid.com. RoyalShot images must be less than 25% of the overall print product you sell on such 3rd Party sites. (But one domain/URL per License) Reselling a Single Image and/or Pack of RoyalShot images on 3rd Party Sites as the PRIMARY value is STRICTY PROHIBITED. For example: Uploading RoyalShot images for sale on iStock.com where the primary value is the image itself is NOT ALLOWED. IF you are unsure whether your use of RoyalShot images falls within the acceptable criteria, please contact us.

Q:  I am interested in purchasing a package of pictures and using them in website templates I sell to website developers. Would that be ok?
A:  Yes, as long as you are clear that use of the images are strictly for the templates you sell only and the use of the RoyalShot images are not allowed to be extended to another 3rd Party.

Q:  I am interested in purchasing a package of pictures and then resell them to another company. The company is planning to use the photographs in an advertising template, and then sell the templates to companies to advertise their products. Would that be ok?
A:  NO, this is prohibited. You are prohibited from selling our Packages as a Private Label and/or extending reseller rights to a 3rd Party. Such Sales are strictly prohibited and considered competition to RoyalShot Services.

Q:  Can I use RoyalShot Images in my print and digital designs I am selling to an End User?
A:  Yes.

FREE DISTRIBUTION PACKAGES:

Q:  I have a Stock Photo website where I resell images. Can I offer the Free Distribution Pack Images for Free on my website even if I do sell other stock photos?
A:  Yes, as long as you offer these images for free whether your site earns money from advertising or reselling images.

Q:  I have a website where I offer digital goods for sale and for free. Can I resell the images included in the “Free Distribution Package”?
A:  NO, you may not. You can only offer these images for free whether your site earns money from advertising or reselling other images.
